Sophie worked with us for our wedding in February 2024. I am sure at the time we were hard work! We were trying to create a celebration that was respectful to and appeased both our Catholic and Muslim families, so you can imagine that things were quite stressful! Sophie dealt with our chaos in such a calm and kind way - nothing was too much trouble. She responded to our emails promptly and on the day really made us feel at ease and that the circus was under control! To top things off, when we came back to the wedding venue for our 1 year anniversary, she had left us a card and dessert at dinner which made us both super emotional. So in summary - you will struggle to find someone as caring, responsive and proactive as Sophie!

Sophie is exceptional at what she does, managing to be fun, calm and approachable whilst always being completely on it. I can’t imagine our wedding day or the run up to it without having Sophie on hand to reassure me and remind me that every random thought I had was her job not mine! I feel beyond lucky that I spent my wedding day completely with my guests having the most fun whilst Sophie seamlessly pulled everything together with immaculate attention to detail. We’re so, so grateful for all Sophie did for us and couldn’t recommend her highly enough to everyone for their big day!

Sophie went above and beyond in every possible way to help plan our wedding at Ashridge House. Every single detail was thought of, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. On the day itself, everything ran so perfectly that we were able to relax and enjoy every second, knowing she had everything under control. Her organisation, professionalism, kindness and genuine care for us made our wedding day more perfect than we could ever have imagined. We’ll never truly be able to thank her enough for everything she did behind the scenes and on the day to make our dream day become a reality. Sophie was absolutely amazing from start to finish of our wedding planning journey, and I genuinely don’t think we could have done it without her!
From the very beginning, Sophie made the whole planning process feel so much more manageable. Her online wedding planner was fantastic and included incredibly helpful timelines, checklists and guidance on things I hadn’t even realised we needed to think about. She was always one step ahead, making sure nothing was forgotten and giving us so much confidence throughout the process.
One of the biggest things we appreciated was Sophie’s amazing connections with suppliers. She was able to recommend fantastic people and, even better, she reached out to suppliers and communicated with them on our behalf. This took such a huge amount of stress away from us and meant we could actually enjoy being engaged and planning our wedding.
Then came the wedding day itself, and Sophie was an absolute GODSEND! She was there from the moment we needed her, making sure everything ran smoothly, helping all of our suppliers and keeping everything organised behind the scenes. Knowing she was there meant I could completely relax and enjoy one of the most important days of our lives.

What can I say about Sophie? She is truly incredible at what she does, but even more importantly, she is a genuinely beautiful person inside and out.
From the very beginning, Sophie made the whole wedding planning process feel so easy, straightforward and completely stress-free. I had always been warned that planning a wedding could be overwhelming, but honestly, I barely felt any stress at all - and that was hugely down to Sophie’s incredible organisation, attention to detail and ability to make everything feel completely under control. She took everything I had imagined for our wedding and somehow brought it to life exactly as I had hoped.
But for me, the most special part was having Sophie there on the actual wedding day. She was so calm and reassuring, and that calmness instantly spread to the whole bridal party. She was constantly doing the little things that you wouldn’t necessarily even think to ask for, but that made such a huge difference - from helping me make sure everything was perfect before walking down the aisle, to being there whenever I needed her.
And then there was something I will genuinely never forget. Sophie is a mum herself, and during the speeches, when we needed to be completely present in that special moment, she took my two-year-old little boy, put him in his buggy and looked after him for us. It might seem like a small thing, but it meant the absolute world to me and my family. It allowed us to fully enjoy such a precious moment without having to worry about anything else. That is the kind of person Sophie is - she doesn’t just do her job, she genuinely cares.
I honestly cannot recommend Sophie highly enough. If you are even considering having a wedding planner, do not hesitate - book Sophie! She is organised, calm, thoughtful, kind and completely brilliant at what she does.
Sophie, thank you for making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we will be forever grateful.
