We’ll begin with an initial consultation to chat through everything you’ve planned so far, understand your vision and identify where you’d most benefit from some extra support.

From there, I’ll be on hand throughout the planning process to offer guidance, recommend trusted suppliers and help you make decisions with confidence. Where you need a little more support, I’ll take care of the time-consuming bits too - reaching out to suppliers, gathering quotes and helping you compare your options, so you don’t have to spend your evenings doing the legwork.

From up to eight months before your wedding, I’ll become your main point of contact for supplier liaison and communication. I’ll keep in touch with your suppliers, make sure everyone is on the same page and keep track of the important details as your plans come together.

I’ll also join you for key appointments such as venue meetings and menu tastings where needed, helping you stay organised and making sure nothing important gets overlooked.

As your wedding approaches, we’ll work through the final details together. I’ll confirm timings and logistics with your suppliers and venue, create your wedding day timeline and make sure everyone knows exactly what’s happening and when.

On your wedding day, I’ll be there from the moment the first suppliers arrive, taking care of the details, the logistics and everything in between - so you don’t have to.

I’ll oversee the setup, coordinate your suppliers, manage the timeline and handle any unexpected issues behind the scenes, ensuring everything comes together just as you envisioned. My role is to keep everything running seamlessly, so you, your family and your friends can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration.
